Barcelona set to sign to 18 year-old Chelsea attacking Tudor Mendel-Idowu

Barcelona is working arduously this summer to bolster its youth and subsidiary squads. While also getting closer to signing Oriol Romeu. According to a recent story by journalist Albert Roge, Barcelona would sign Chelsea’s young English winger Tudor Mendel-Idowu for no money.
